I really like Tretorn shoes, but shopping on the site was frustrating. Nearly every size I clicked on was sold out, especially in the colors I actually liked, so it felt like I kept getting my hopes up for nothing.

I signed up for the restock emails and kept an eye on my inbox, but I never got anything helpful besides the usual messages and receipts from other orders. I ended up buying from another store instead. Not a horrible experience, just annoying when so much is shown online but not actually available

I ordered a pair of shoes and ended up needing to return them, which was straightforward overall. The refund did make it back to my account in the end, so I can’t say there was any major problem or anything like that. It just took close to two weeks, which felt a bit longer than I was expecting, especially because I kept checking my bank every couple of days to see if it had posted yet. Not the worst experience, and I’m glad it was handled, but I do wish the refund process had been a little quicker.

I really wanted these to work out, but the grip on wet pavement is just not good. The moment the ground gets damp, they start slipping way more than they should, which makes me not trust them at all.

The exchange process has been awful. I’m still sitting here with no exchange sorted out, and it’s just been way more frustrating than it should be.

I really like how these shoes look, especially the little details in the stitching, but the arch support just isn’t there for me. I wore them for a few hours while running errands, and by the time I got home my feet were already starting to ache. I was hoping they’d be more comfortable for walking, so I’m a bit disappointed.

I ordered these in a size 9, but they sent me an 8.5, twice. The shoes themselves are fine, but having to keep being patient while they sorted out a basic sizing mistake was frustrating. Support did fix it eventually, but it definitely took longer than it should have.

The shoes themselves are totally fine, no real complaints there. But the shipping felt like it dragged on way longer than it should have. I kept checking the tracking and it barely updated, which made it even more frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but it’s annoying when you’re excited for something and it just doesn’t show up when you expect it to.

I really like tretorn shoes, but using the website wasn’t the best experience for me. The pages loaded slowly, the filters felt a bit clunky, and I kept having to go back because the sizes and colors weren’t really clear. Checkout did work in the end, but it took longer than it should’ve. It’s not a terrible site, just kind of frustrating and not very smooth.

I’ve bought tretorn before and always thought they were a dependable brand, but this last order definitely changed my mind a bit. Compared to the pairs I remember having, these shoes just felt cheaper and not as well-made. I also reached out to support and the reply took longer than I expected, and didn’t help much. I wouldn’t say it felt like a scam or anything dramatic like that, but compared with other brands in the same price range, I’m not sure I’d choose tretorn again right now.

I was excited to browse Tretorn because I do like the brand, and there are definitely some nice product photos that make a few items look really appealing. The site works fine overall, so it’s not like I had a terrible experience.

That said, the design feels a bit old and cluttered in places, and some pages look plain compared to others. Finding colors and sizes was more annoying than it needed to be, and the whole experience just didn’t feel as smooth or stylish as I expected. Still, I found what I needed eventually, and with a cleaner refresh, I think the site could be much better...

I was disappointed with these sneakers. After just a few weeks, the sole started splitting, and I wasn’t even wearing them that hard. For the price, it’s kinda frustrating to have them fall apart so quickly...

The shoes are fine and they look okay but for what I paid I expected a lot more, they’re not bad or anything they just don’t feel worth the price to me.

I actually liked the shoes, but the sizing was off so I needed to send them back. The return page wasn’t very clear, and I had to click around for a while before I could figure out what I was supposed to do.
The refund also took longer than I expected. Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it wasn’t quick, and the way they responded kind of made it feel like the issue was my fault for not understanding the process. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more annoying than a simple return should be.

I ordered my usual size and even checked their size chart, so I figured I’d be fine. Nope. They fit so weird, super tight around the toes but somehow loose at the heel. It makes no sense. I had to return them, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting the sizing in the first place. Definitely not going to bother trying another pair.

I reached out to Tretorn customer service twice about my order and still don’t feel like I got a straight answer. The first email seemed to go nowhere, and the second time I only got some generic auto-reply. What made it more frustrating was how inconsistent the info was when I did hear anything, it didn’t really match up or answer my actual question. I already paid, so I don’t think asking for a basic order update is too much. I do like the shoes, but the support experience was disappointing. I probably wouldn’t order directly from their site again.

The shoes themselves were fine, thankfully, but wow... the packaging was in rough shape. The box looked like it got smashed badly during shipping 😕

I bought these thinking they’d actually hold up in the rain, but nope. After one normal walk in wet weather, my feet were already damp. The outside looked totally fine, so I don’t know where the water was sneaking in, but it definitely got in. For the price, that’s lame. I wanted reliable rainy-day shoes, not these soggy little disappointments that can barely handle more than a drizzle

I really wanted to like my Tretorn shoes because they looked great right out of the box, but wow, they were stiff from the first try-on. I figured they just needed a little breaking in, so I wore them around the house for a while before taking them out.
Even after a few wears outside, I was still getting rubbing on my heels, which got old fast. They’re not terrible shoes, but they definitely weren’t as comfortable as I expected, especially for something I wanted to wear casually without thinking about it.
After a couple weeks they did soften up a bit, but i don’t think shoes should take that long to stop being annoying. I also reached out with a question and the email replies felt like they were written by robots, which didn’t exactly make the experience better...

I really wanted to like these shoes because they do look nice, but wow, they were not comfortable for me. I wore them for a short walk and they already felt stiff, and my heels started getting sore way too fast. For the price, I definitely expected something I could wear every day without regretting it after 20 minutes.

The shoes looked really nice when I first got them, but the material started wearing out way faster than I expected. For the price, I thought they’d be better quality. I also kind of felt left in the dark about how cheaply the material would hold up over time, so I’m disappointed
